Personal life coaching
When someone feels the need to use a personal life coach to deal with helping to stay the course and build new life habits that will help to achieve their desired results, we recommend a minimum of 3 months of weekly one-on-one sessions with a certified SOS life coach.
Changing life habits is a process that starts with becoming aware of what the core issues are, then making the needed changes with clear accountability that will result in the shift needed for valuable new relationships to occur, better health, and opportunities.
